This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the Premium membership and subscription services offered by Albion Online Tools. By subscribing to our Premium services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Subscription & Payments
Albion Online Tools offers Premium features to enhance your experience. Payments for these services are processed through third-party platforms, primarily Patreon.
- By subscribing, you authorize the third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
- Subscriptions may be recurring. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings on the respective platform (e.g., Patreon).
2. Premium Benefits
Premium members gain access to exclusive features, tools, and enhanced limits on our platform and Discord bot. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the Premium tier at any time to improve the service.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there are technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased services.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment platform (e.g., Patreon).
- Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Account Status
Your Premium status is tied to your account. Transferring Premium status to another account is generally not permitted unless under specific circumstances approved by support.
